Traditional Style Menu

A traditional sit down menu package served alternately. This menu package is perfect for a wedding reception or similar formal celebration and is ideal for larger gatherings.

When selecting the Traditional Style menu package please select from the following depending on the number of courses required.

This menu will be served on an alternate basis. The Traditional Style menu package includes artisanal bread & butter.

Canapés

  • Yellow fin tuna, wasabi avocado, pickled radish, white soy dressing
  • Sri Lankan prawn cakes, mint sambol
  • Compressed watermelon, whipped fetta, balsamic reduction, basil leaves
  • Wild mushroom arancini, bocconcini, saffron aioli

Entrée
