Chef and owner Jonny Staples has over 20 years experience in various sectors of the hospitality industry. Before migrating from England Jonny held numerous senior positions including those at a premier league soccer club and a London based global events caterer. Since moving to Australia Jonny spent two years working with renowned Sydney Caterer Belinda Franks and was Sous Chef at the award winning Bannisters Restaurant in Mollymook on the South Coast.
Most recently Jonny has worked with local catering company 2468 and was widely involved in the set up of new restaurant, Bacchus at Milton.
